Will WAV splitting change audio samples?
Supported PCM WAV data is sliced at sample boundaries and copied without conversion. Container headers are rebuilt.
Does FLAC output stay compressed?
No. FLAC is decoded locally and exported as WAV at its source rate and depth, up to 24-bit. WAV needs more disk space.
Are song tags embedded?
No. Title, performer and album metadata are included as JSON and CSV sidecars in the ZIP.
Why must filenames match?
Each CUE FILE entry selects one source. Exact matching prevents a track from silently using the wrong album or disc.
